The one tool your business is missing.

Most established businesses do not have a technology problem. They have an ageing system, a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, and a group chat holding the rest together. The answer is rarely a platform. It is usually one specific tool, built properly, for the one process that is actually costing money.

My co-founder Dimitri Bozovic and I find the missing piece, build a working version in about a week, and iterate with you until you would not give it up. Most of our clients are established businesses in Suisse romande.

An operator in the room, not a deck.

I have spent my career on the other side of the table. I raised venture capital, debt and grants, built a team through good years and hard ones, worked with boards and advisors, took a marketplace to multi-seven-figure revenue across twelve markets, and then ran the sale process to the end.

I work with early-stage founders and the funds backing them, either on a retainer of a few hours a week or as a short paid deep dive into one hard question. Usually Swiss-based, though I am open to good work anywhere.
